1) If you cannot say you are an Uber driver in a circle, it means you need to leave the hustle. A driver is a job and legitimate profession. If you are ashamed to say it, because you know you are better than it, walk away

2) Drivers will always be below the job hierarchy in any country. Is it every Nigerian that insults or looks down on drivers? Which respect do they give Uber drivers abroad rather than "Hello, Hi, Thank you, Have a nice day"?. Which kind respect person dey find, wey e wan prefer driving for abroad than Nigeria? So this idea of making it a norm that drivers should not be respected simply because they are drivers is wrong, and that's genesis the problem with society.
Everyone should be respected first as a human being then by virtue of age, influence, position etc.
