Mind you, igr doesn't mean wealth... GDP is the best method of calculating wealth. A state can over tax its indigenes to increase igr but it will eventually reduce its GDP.
Imo state's GDP is far above Ogun state's GDP

You are wrong sir. Igr is not a true reflection of the commercio-economic substance of a state.... GDP is.
For instance, igr of a state that taxes its businesses and civil servants high maybe higher than a state that taxes lower. The true reflection of commercial activities of a state is one that takes note of net export.. (I. e exports-imports)
