For this to be successful. Tinubu needs to first of all get rid of the massive numbers of ghost workers and then, idle workers. If not it is nothing but pouring water in a basket. It is important to increase workers wages at this time. I have increased my workers wages too very considerately. 2 Likes |

The more you look at it,the clearer it becomes that while 'subsidy removal' was long overdue the manner of approach matters You don't just say 'subsidy gone' glibly, float your currency against the dollar and implement radical financial reforms without a plan in place in a country said to be the world's poverty capital Tinubu goofed with his implementation and continues to insult our sensibilities with his proposed palliative approach yet he's deified as an intelligent strategist Now you understand why Buhari's media minders said Nigeria would miss Buhari for they knew the rot awaiting Tinubu Interesting times ahead 1 Like |

It'll result in inflation. Very counter productive. If the government can make prices of farm produce cheaper, people will relax and let the government work. When food is taken care of, the rest na smallz. 2 Likes |

State and LG workers are not interested in salary increase because even of the whole Nigerian budget is given to govs they can not increase the salary of workers that can reflect reality out of their greediness. A state and LG director is earning less than 100k per month. What we want is to repair our refineries to full capacity so that petrol price can come down otherwise Nigerians will never be happy with tinubu. And I assure you if this situation continues up to 2027, any presidential candidate that promise to bring back subsidy will defeat tinubu. Atiku, obi and tinubu pledged to remove subsidy in their campaigns so we just have to vote the o e with less evil among them the reason I voted for tinubu. 2 Likes |

helinues:They can afford to pay this 100k min wage. Don't forget that naira was recently devalued Has been devalued over 400% decrease from around N200 in 2015 to N800 in 2023. So there is now much more naira in trillions or even quadrillions that can conveniently pay this 100k min wage and even more! 2 Likes |

This is better but not fair enough. We have millions of Nigerians not on the payroll of the government. Something should be done to those classes of people, particularly the poor and downtrodden. 1 Like |

Ikaeniyan0:And so? Does that make him an enemy of the country by going against the palliative stuff in his opinion? The worst was openly glanced when Buhari administration exposed the corruption while using masses to cash in. Tinubu surely wants to spread Nigerian money to all pockets but your governors will always hijack citizens' entitlements. Don't attack the messenger, kindly comprehend the message |
