The Last of Us..... 8/10

Really good drama with some action here and there. Solid storytelling, Cinematography and cast. HBO really did a great job here bringing a super realistic look on a post apocalyptic world and mostly faithful to the game. Loved the way they portrayed the dynamic relationship between Joel and Ellie with the nuances, emotions, tension and codependency. The character development is top notch and has a host of complex characters to keep you interested (even tho they always somehow die out each episode )

I haven't read the original source material (manga) so I cannot compare. And I know there are changes

But this multi-lingual series is very good.

Synopsis: Alexandre Léger, creator of the famous Léger Wine Guide and a leading figure in oenology, has passed away at the age of 60. In order to claim his immense inheritance, his daughter travels to Tokyo and must face a young oenologist.

I have to be very careful about dropping an in-depth review of this show to avoid spoilers... especially about it's ending

Where this show shines mostly is in its characters and their relationship and connection to one another. The word "Link" that was used in the show keeps crossing my mind
