President should never declare state of Emergency in Southeast, it is a Trap
They will start making noise, he is killing our people in southeast, he destroy investment/business in southeast with the state of emergency

He should just move regular army there to increase the security in southeast state without full declaration of state of emergency, they should be working hand in hand with the police and the locals, that's all

My point exactly! It's either state of emergency or nothing. The shenanigans can't just go undetected so to make a headway, something must give way to give FG free direct control or we just continue with containment like Isreal does to those it labelled as terrorists living among the Palestinians.

However, the President should not make this a priority decision for now so should give them like 12 months to sort themselves. If they do not do so, the next is declaration of state of emergency. If HE Wike could defeat terrorists in his state, SE Governors can do so too.

State of emergency is not the solution to what is happening in the south east.
Solution is the hands of the political leaders, traditional rulers, opinion leaders and the people themselves.
Once the aforementioned can come together and speak with one voice, the enforcement arm of Simon Ekpa will be neutralised.

If possible, where this sit-at-home is happening should be declared a state of emergency. This is what Tinubu would do that will make the Southeast governors sit up and find a lasting solution to the problem.

“Ekpa has declared a second Biafra War, which Igbos are not ready to fight. Igbos are supporting Tinubu and would assist in ensuring that this rebellion is squashed.
