My husband submitted his application as the main applicant with the children and have included all documents asides mine cos my passport isnt ready yet but he is to resume work on the 27th July... but the embassy messaged him yesterday that he claimed in the consent letters that we both will take responsibilities over the 3 children but wifes doxument and GFW not included ... What can be done pls as i am to respond within 10 days ... and i have not even done capturing not to talk of getting passport.

...Proof that u have full custody: this is not by mouth ........after divorce, custody is either awarded to one parent or joint ( both parents) ...so if u claim u have full custody ....u have to show it on paper... the child has been living with u and u have been buying pampers alone is not a showable roof....

if the father gives u consent without this proof...some ECO can just assume u both have joint custody and will start using technicalities and grammar to be throwing NSF at you.... it happened to one lady here......

U may also need cover letter to explain anything u want to explain.....

It's a dicey issue ooo....As it is...the ECO will think your husband wants to yahoo UKVI and travel with kids without you

1..I suggest u get and submit beleivable proof of passport application as the reason why ur application is not included with the others for now...and tell them ur passport will be out at the by end of July.

2.. I want to believe your husband isn't going with ur kids abi?? It's until ur passport is ready that u and thee kids will join him..??

.. The issue is that ...if the ECO is not nice.. he or she can still deny the kids in order to prevent ur husband from flying alone with them even with the explanation 1 above......

So it may not a bad idea to suggest to the ECO to postdate the entry clearance date of the kids vignette to end of August....
That by then, wife's passport and application would have come out .... That the family is only taking advantage of the current cost of application as things could change any time.

It's 50/50 ....because even with all the explanation in the world ....the matter is totally on the discretion of the ECO..... because one of the condition to make her deny the kids still stands ( i.e u are both alive and have joint responsibility for thee kids)...

No. You cannot use affidavit in place of a court order. Uv been told already, u no just wan hear.
If you can back date it. It’s better. It will avoid gray area Of them wondering many tinz
