Maybe, maybe not.

That's what the law always have been.

INEC has no power to disqualify a Candidate, the SC has said that many times. So even if you submit a forged document, INEC's only responsibility is to publish for the public to scrutinise.

Well, we should wait for the court to pronounce judgement then.

Tinubu is always rotating on the axis of his criminalities. Eventually, he will be stopped because the end of his criminal era is near.

Tell me one thing I said before the election that did not come to pass.

Did Obi not win the election that Enugu had to mess itself up just to stop him? This much has been confirmed by majority of Nigerians and Local and International observers.

If you have lost the ability to separate truth from falsehood due to tribalism, majority of us havenā€™t.

And Iā€™m sure you lots are disappointed that we have refused to move on. Your estimation was that once Tinubu is announced everyone will move on, but you were so wrong.

Tinubu will be hounded and his declaration made to taste like ash in his mouth until he is booted out from that place.

The disqualification should have been done by INEC themselves.

That is not the duty of INEC. Can you tell me one person that INEC disqualified on similar grounds?

I am not speaking in defense of Obi here. All I am telling you is that Obi being a popular candidate saying it made others to key into that.

The APM had in its petition marked: CA/
PEPC/04/2023, contended that the withdrawal of
Mr. Masari who was initially nominated as the Vice-
Presidential candidate of the All Progressives
Congress, APC, invalidated Tinubuā€™s candidacy in
view of Section 131(c) and 142 of the 1999
Constitution, as amended.
The party argued that there was a gap of about
three weeks between the period that Masari, who
was listed as the 5th Respondent in the petition,
expressed intention to withdraw, the actual
withdrawal of his purported nomination, and the
time Tinubu purportedly replaced him with Senator
Kashim Shettima.
It further argued that Tinubuā€™s candidature had
elapsed as at the time he nominated Shettima as
Masariā€™s replacement.
According to the petitioner, as at the time Tinubu
announced Shettima as the Vice Presidential
candidate, ā€œhe was no longer in a position,
constitutionally, to nominate a mate since
he had ceased to be a presidential candidate of the
2nd Respondent having regards to the provisions of
section 142 of the 1999 Constitutionā€.
More so, APM, contended that Masariā€™s initial
nomination activated the joint ticket principle
enshrined in the Constitution, stressing that his
subsequent withdrawal invalidated the said joint
ticket.

Yeah probably because in 2012, he felt oil prices were high and he didn't trust Jonathan in terms of corruption but in 2015 when oil prices slumped to like 30 naira from 100 naira in 2012, that was a good time to begin to remove the fuel subsidy and he advised Buhari to do that then.
Is this your excuse?

You do realise that if subsidy had been removed that time oil prices were high (and there was a resultant boom on Nigerian economy) we won't be in this mess we're currently in, don't you?

Tinubu and Buhari said there's nothing like subsidy and that Jonathan was just using it as a strategy to loot funds. you do remember, don't you?

This your epistle and fiction na wa o... grin grin grin

YouAreNobody:

The truth is that the analysis is valid, and you know it does.

Tinubu is getting ready for a rerun but you, his minions, are here on nairaland making noise.

And if there's a re-run, tinubu will lose because
1) all eyes will be INEC, they wont be able to do mago mago again
2) Tinubu scammed the North by making them think he was too frail to govern. That's his strategy and why he was making those speech blunders and the north foolishly fell for it believing Tinubu will soon handover or die and a northerner will take over. Now, they've seen they were scammed and it's the reason you're slowly seeing backlash from them.

Too much forces are against Tinubu. He'll be the first Nigerian president to be removed from seat

THE WORD IS NOMINATION..

The two of them are co-candidates..

Thus,, He Got Nominated, and that's all that matters..

The method they used to achieve the nomination is an Internal Party Affair..
(Remember Lawan and Machina Case.??)
you're confused like op,
It is party internal affairs,
It is of no concern for apm to dabble into apc internal affairs according to supreme court earlier judgement about the same Case
