AskGod07: Dear Sir/Ma, Trust this finds you well. My name is....... ; an international Study Visa applicant from Nigeria, with Application Number:..... and UCI:...... . I submitted my Study Visa Application on 19th May. In my application, I omitted some important information. Sometime between 2012 to 2014, My mum applied for a Manitoba Nominee program. She was the principal applicant and I was one of her dependents. We were denied visas due to our inability and delay to provide some additional documents requested. Hence visa denial was on the basis of non-compliance. Kindly help include this information in my application. Thank you in anticipation of your favorable consideration and update of my record. Best regards, That was what I sent to them. 4 Likes |

Hello Nairalanders!!! Please I need your help on what to do. I applied for SWOP and Visit Visa in February and March 2023 respectively. My SWOP got approved last month and my passport was stamped. Yesterday, my visit visa approval letter came in. Now, I don't need the visit visa since I already got the SWOP, what do I do, guys? Do I just jettison the visit letter and not sending my passport to VFS for visit visa stamping or I should send it? And if I jettison is there any implication at the Point of Entry? Please note that I have one month to reply the Canada embassy for the visit visa. Please I need your reply for comment section. Thank you! |

ZorroJuro: Hi, You can not respond using webform, you have to send your response using your IRCC portal. Your response will be quite different from the example the Iomy sent, because she caught the error and stepped ahead of it to inform IRCC. In your case, they have discovered the oversight and your response will be tailored towards the circumstances surrounded the visa application to US and the denial. In my own opinion, you must be able to explain how the US application was made and the fact that you thought it was a family application made under your parents name and not your name. 1 Like |

Good day Gurus, Please I would like to seek your guidance. An agent applied for a friend since early May, there has been no other update since after medical passed late May. My friend is now worried and wants to write IRCC as well as raise webforms but the agent didn’t release the email address he used to create her profile to her . My question now is this : Can she raise webforms with a different email address , will this affect her visa application? Please help out . Thank you all . Please help out Nairalanders, thank you all. |
