Minimum wage won't be increase to 100k, very few state government can pay that amount. It should be within 50k-70k and not every state government will be able to adjust it up to that amount sef.

It's only lack of deep thoughts, selfishness and a rare kind of stupidity that will make someone advocate for a "no increase in minimum wage" in the Nigeria of today. But have you considered the fact that even traders and service providers are lamenting low patronage because purchasing power has reduced to almost zero for an average Nigerian? The truth is that higher earnings would improve the overall standard of living for government workers and even other salary/wage earners by providing them with a more appropriate income level to handle the cost of living increases and this transmits to the open market, the service providers and everyone in the country one way or the other. Subsequently, other employers will increase their salaries and there'll be a level of fairness in the job market.
