So it's not an issue of cement finishing,it's a matter of cement never ever being used by him.

Point well articulated.lets say he really built it,what we are currently having now is a monumental disater on Nigeria. I have never in my life seen where Nigerians abandoned their vehicles to trek in droves never.

He hasn't borrowed yet, the 500billion na FG money, he only seeked for NASS approval to use it and shear to the poorest of the poor, which turned out not to be popular with the masses and has dropped the idea.

Concerning the refinery, forget about it, the management has been using it to steal billions since 1999, the best option is to sell it off to a company that has money to fix and manage it and not to sell it to a crony of his.

On palliatives the idea of shearing 500billion has been defeated, so I think his economic team would b drafting a more suitable plan.

On countries going green, Nigeria generally is lagging behind in that area, but am happy with Buhari removing power generation from exclusive list, states that are capable can now build and generate their own electricity, which is the first thing to do before going green so as to be able to charge your electric cars. So with time we will join other nations in going green.
