I think this is a bad idea.

Government can increase the code of tertiary education as they wish but primary and secondary school education must be as free and accessible as possible.

In this digital age, you can learn and become anything you want as long as you have a solid primary and secondary education.

exactly my point infact we need more public primary secondary Schools... At least one per community... And it should be quality too... Then free for everyone... Without university education one can still live a normal life

What is about the one letter replies above.
Has the government cut your tongues...... hahahaha.... grin
This is what is called INFLATION.
The number one adversary sane governments the world over fight tooth and nail to overcome.
Our government here lit the fuse and went to bed, instead of moving immediately to either sound the alarm or build bunkers for safety.
They left the common man to be shredded like suya.

If the fuel price rise is causing all this and the daily naira depreciation is causing the fuel price rise now and in the future then Nigeria as a country is locked into a vicious cycle of hyperinflation. Every passing day the government is losing control of the economy which they have failed to interact with TILL NOW.

How we will get out of this will prove the ability of this government to govern.
The era of propaganda is over.
Mr. Tinubu. CALL IN THE CAPTAINS OF INDUSTRY and dialogue with those who are heavy users of foreign exchange before it is too late.
Chase away the teeming hordes of politicians gallivanting around Aso Rock. They are useless in bringing Nigeria out of this quagmire. Your visitors should be those who have the key to national productivity, to get them operating at 110% with every available Nigerian based resource.

What a mess.

Why will they not abuse you, when you cannot comprehend correctly, who was the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as of the 25th of May 2023?

This was contained in a directive from the Office of the Director of Senior Secondary Education Department of the Federal Ministry of Education, reference number ADF/120/DSSE/I, dated 25th May, 2023, and addressed to all Principals of Federal Unity Colleges.

Tinubu should look at it and review it. Buhari set many big traps for tinubu before he run... Evil man

What big trap did buhari set for Tinubu?

Is Tinubu not the almighty strategist who has the magic wand and who had vision?

How come he didn't see these "big traps"?

How is buhari now responsible for the decisions Tinubu is now making?

The problem is, the education budget is not enough to meet all needs, so fees have to go up.

We have been spending N45000 as fees, meanwhile all our FGC's are in a serious mess...yet we keep spending low fees, because poor.

Well, fees have gone up,

On the flip side, with all the money this government is saving it may mean that our salaries will increase in the nearest future.
