Just about 10 years ago. . Entry level jobs in intercontinental bank, diamond bank, GT Bank, Virgin Nigeria, Unilever was as high as #185,000 - #200,000 after training schools.

Those days, an entry level staff could easily buy a very 2nd-hand or cheap brand new car. .

Today, most entry level jobs are contractual and the pay is around #70,000. . In a hyping inflation besieged economy.

Today. . Most of them can't even pay house rent.

How did we get ourselves to this level?

Foreign exchange is made available at CBN for businesses and manufacturers to use for purchasing equipment to PRODUCE A PRODUCT that would be sold in exchange for more foreign exchange.

But some F***ing smart people take the CBN foreign exchange, and give it to mallam to sell at black market rate....TOTALLY BYPASSING PRODUCTION of any products.

The result is INSTANT inflation. The money you have becomes less valuable. We now have zero industries. We can't been by petrol and diesel to even run the little ones that remain. And no salary to pay anybody.

Oga very few years ago, my brother had this source of income that m roughly140k monthly. He then relocated abroad. So every month end he will ask me to collect the money, change and send to him.
It was roughly $1k. Like magic, that was how this money started reducing to $800 to 600, to 300. When it got less than that, he abandoned it.
Today, that money is now worth $180!

Even this Unilever you are talking about is recent. My paddy back in the day, got the biggest job that immediately removed him from poverty. That made him marry within 3 months, earned 10k monthly with chevron. An unheard of amount then.
See, some of us have seen this country get destroyed over time. Do you know I use to buy fuel in my car while in school for 65kobo per liter? Even when fuel went to 3.25kobo the country nearly went up inflames and the price was then reduced to 1.80kobo.
For 50 kobo in UI tedder hall bursury, I buy 1 bottle of coke, fresh bread, then split the bread in half and slam moi moi inside ie moi moi burger. 50kobo ohh, not 500 naira.
Truely, how did we get ourselves to this level?

It's so sad that the big organisations that declare huge profits and pay exceedingly large emoluments to their directors, can't pay the younger ones down the ladder reasonable salaries.

Well,you actually get at the lesser males in the society. Such a pity.
In most cases, most of you being said to be dull is a big understatement.
There's virtually nothing weighable that you can bring up in terms of ideas, to improve anything.
You people are mostly void of prominent visions and goals. Instead, you want to be wearing the latest designer dresses. Riding the latest cars. Using the latest gadgets in town.
But you feel you shouldn't be the ones to work for it.Instead,it should be the poor men you feel you've conquered.
Well well well, Karma is a bitch like most of y'all. That's why most of you people end up being used by these people you think you've conquered.
If I wish you bad, I won't wish and pray that you see the need to be productive and valuable in life. So that, you may get the opportunity to raise a 60k rated man to the man you want which will give you the greatest feeling of achievement you have no idea of.

I've always told myself that I'll be a creator of something and will rather employ people instead.

It's when you don't realize your worth and capabilities, that's when you settle for less.

I remember when Dinero told me back in 2017 "Mitchell, I can never work for someone to get paid 12 times in a year"

Dinero now has a Benz, Ferrari and is now living outside Nigeria with multiple assets to his name.

These are the ones I have in PDF format and I'm not charging anybody for it. The ones I have as hard copy aren't listed here since it will be hard for you guys to get it.

Just helping those that want to help themselves.

Yeah, a lot of Nigerians don't read.

I think they don't see reading as something that's very important in this world of distractions.

They don't know the value of good books.

Most people see reading as some boring thing. They rather press their phone all day than read 1-5 pages of a book.

Amen. With just 3-4 pages a day of reading, one can finish 2-3 books per quarter and do 8-12 books a year. That's like 30minutes per day pere
