If there's a forfeiture which the counsel to Tinubu is not denying, there's must have been a sort of ruling in a judgement that must have found Tinubu guilty of the offense that led to the forfeiture, wether in a criminal or civil process. The constitution made it clear that anyone who's has been found of such offense is not qualified to contest an election and as such Tinubu stand disqualified. QED

You really need to understand how the judiciary and legal cases are determined, not by fiction or emotions.
Obi's claim and your's too and certificate forgery has been expunged by the court a long time ago. The University in Chicago even confirmed his eligibility.
Forfeiting $460k from drugs proceeds was even termed a 'civil case' by the U.S court and as such, not one that attracted any jail term. As a result, no court in the world will treat the case as a criminal case because there was no conviction.

Really, I don't know why Nigerians are poor thinkers considering that we are one of the most educated Country in the world. From precedents judiciary does not want to be seen as determining the president of a country (USA) and others are examples. No judiciary would void(nullified) an election that was duly conducted, and a winner declared, not only declared but sworn in. The best judiciary would do is to tell the aggrieved to shield their sword and prepare for a better performance in 4 years. 4 years is a very short time in the life of a country compared to the constitutional agrimony and society upheaval that would arise from conducting a fresh election and the cost. Who will be the interim president when a fresh election is being conducted. The military is watching and waiting in the wing. They are the real enemy of our democracy and the people.
