From what I’ve read. The only asylum claim you can make is if you’re ga.y (with evidence). That’s the claim with 90% approval. So are you Gabriel? 😆

I have someone whose passport expires in about 4 months but would like to appply for the visiting visa first then to renew passport before he get a PPR

That gay shit is old. It doesn’t work anymore for Nigerians / Ghanaians because we have messed it up. My friend almost got deported before he met a Nigerian lady who married him.

Spouse open work permit, it’s work permit for ppl with spouse in Canada. I don’t think you qualify for that.

If you want to take that route, it will be close work permit. You’ve to get a job with LMIA (not easy but possible).
