God will only punish it if they manage to give it a soul.
The Bible talked about humans creating humans so that's pretty sure going to happen.
Only that it won't have a soul.
Will Gid punish a computer algorithm? No.
It's the same thing.

Remember when Angels slept with humans and had children?
Those ones had a soul.

But an AI is just LLMs patched with algorithms and later on, a physical body (just like any robot as in self driving cars)
