Appeal court will cancel the judgement. The Appeal court has already ruled on that matter before.

Also, I think this is also one of the ‘internal party matters’ that the Supreme Court has always ruled in favor of that party against external parties or individuals.

The party and her constitution ultimately decides who is a member and he can be inducted as a member that same day before the election if the party’s constitution allows it.
