Na thief de shout pass. If you check, the cia has its leprous hands in the coup. France too. Niger is probably rich in resources, rear earth materials, uranium, lithium for batteries etc. Na to put government in power favorable to their cause. Unlike China that will come in, pay good value, make infrastructure and play a mutually benefiting role, the colonialist will come and grab through the barrel of gun. 2 Likes |

leadership of the world have failed the people. It is more painful to realised that they are common men like you who you chose to lead you. The wisdom of the west is questionable. It is anti-civilization. 1 Like |

NamelessOGBENI: ArcSEMPECJ: Bobbiee: Nnamdi Kanu SLAVES are sore losers. They are praying for the destruction of Nigerian democracy just because Nigerians kicked LAMBA to the gutters in the last elections Just know that a coup is impossible in Nigeria. Even iff hypothetically speaking any coup happens in Nigeria will not include IIGB0S officers and will be composed by mostly Northern officers who will use government apparatus to FVCK IIGB0S up 1 Like |

At least the new military rulers would get rid of France. That's all I care for. Nigeria should shut its trap. What do we know about democracy. It seems most Francophone countries are liberating themselves. Hopefully, it'll get to our turn. We need to do away with these corrupt Western sponsored leaders. Although I don't want any military leader in Nigeria. Power corrupts and a military government could be the best or the worst thing to ever happen to Nigeria. Seeing as Nigeria is full of bad luck and monkeys, the latter will most likely happen. My own is that the military should take over and install the right person as president. That's all 3 Likes |

slimfit1: It never ends well it's same old same old.... Look at the Sahel region..... All that's common is that they have the balls to take power..... They never ever make any form of change.... It's in the DNA of coup plotters.... Check Africa entire history, nada nada nada... Nigeria can't experience this because we have grown our signal intelligence capacity.... Directly under the NSA, meaning that joint efforts by DSS and special branch within the NSA will pick it up Also the rotation of generals and ranked officer's is also solid.... The armed forces are not even with the coup plotters so they are done for.... Just like the fialed Turkish coup..... Niger can't fail because it's our buffer from Libya madness 2 Likes 2 Shares |

austinleo38: The cimment doesn't make sense. The Africans were to suffer the same fate as the native Americans but were fortunate in that the process was interrupted. It was Cuba, the Soviet Union and China that were main external partners that helped to defeat the colonial regime of Ian Smith in Zimbabwe and the colonial regimes in SA and across other African countries.... Colonialism has not ended it was only interrupted..BBC and CNN are their main tools which they use to make you feel less....their whole future depends on making you feel less and they will never agree to human equality cos once they do their power fades and the truth about Africa will come our that Africa isn't the picture western media paints.....the west stole African culture. They believe Algeria is New France similar to New York/@New Jersey. The Germans still believe Namibia is their territory....Portugal and Denmark still patrol nigerias shores with their ships....they believe they own lagos since lagos is a Portuguese name.....these are just few examples....there's a lot more but too tired to type.... The very fact the East believes in equality of all humans while the west does not has already endeared me to the east. However you should understand Nigeria and many African countries are officially non aligned including ones that engage Russia. Bazoum is pro west which i think is part of the reason he was removed. France illegally patrols Malian skies. French soldiers support jihadist groups which is why they were booted out of Mali. 3 Likes 1 Share |

austinleo38: Belgium killed 20 million or so in Congo. Why because they wanted to establish Beligian Congo. They wanted to exterminate the people just as they exterminated the Cherokees, metis, innuit etc in North America. You no longer hear about these tribes because most of them hv been killed. Around 1908 after murdering over 1 million Namibians in attempt to exterminate the population and populate the territory with Germans and create German South West Africa, the German government took back skulls of Namibians back to Germany to conduct experiments to see if they are sub humans/monkeys.... this is revent history not even up to 150 yrs old. These are the same governments that pretend they want to help Africa lol.. .they are only helping their colonial interests. The foreign policy of the west is still colonial though they hide it....they sneaky as fu*k 3 Likes |

nedekid:Lol, people like you are so gullible, so China wont seek a change of government if it serves their interest, who is sustaining the junta in Myanmar? Everybody will prop regimes that serve their interest...if u hate the west, do not think Russia and china are saints either, everybody will protect their interest |

Coups should not be this easy in 2023, first Mali, Guinea, Burkina Faso now Niger. The leaders obviously have poor control of their armed forces and Ecowas lack of concrete actions except just condemning the recent coups most likely emboldened the coupists in Niger. |
Re: Niger: US Condemns Coup, 'Detention' Of President Bazoum by Minsk24: 6:56am On Jul 27, 2023 |
BigBashiru:Your reasoning is a shame to common sense... Yes the west has committed atrocities in the past, does that make the east better? Imagine saying the east believe in equality and the west does not...are u normal at all... What did the Russians do to the circassians? How did ethnic russian population spread to central asia and other parts of Europe? The west are not saints, neither are the East... The conflicts in Africa are multi-layered , there are so many completing interest, there is also failure of government... Look at mali for example, the bambara people who have been in power have marginalized the northern tuaregs and fulani,...these resentment have fueled conflict which foreign powers have taken advantage of... People like you will continue to be brainwashed over and over again because u cannot look at an issue from different angles... 1 Like |

Bobbiee:What will getting rid of France achieve when there is still failure of government and tribalism..... If the core roots of conflict are not solved, foreign powers will keep taking advantage of volatile situations... These conflict are very deep and multi-layered, with different competing interest... |

austinleo38:Exactly, Russian propaganda has brainwashed people to the point where people no fit reason .... West no be saint, east no be saint either... Everybody dy find dia own interests.... Is it not the same wagner group that backed khalifa haftar to overthrow the Libyan government, if not that turkey intervened... The funny thing is france gave covert support to haftar.... All these brainwashed people go dy think say Russia and China are saints... 1 Like |

nomolos92: 1.Right about Russia and Mali, and Africa being a West vs East ground...looking towards Russia and China is exchanging one chain for another. 2.Russia did not cause the war in Sudan, neither did China, the Americans, Israel or even Ethopia. Sudan caused the war in Sudan. And the sad thing is that everyone from Russia to the US is screaming at then to stop. Wagner has nothing to do with it. |

Tradepunter2: Berry true. Ghana for example had a coup in 1966..ten years later the country was broke. Nigeria can't experience this because we have grown our signal intelligence capacity.... Directly under the NSA, meaning that joint efforts by DSS and special branch within the NSA will pick it up Yep we learned our lessons...also, as some historians have pointed out, it was the opinion of some high ranking army generals of the past that taking part in governance damaged the army badly. The armed forces are not even with the coup plotters so they are done for.... Just like the fialed Turkish coup..... Niger can't fail because it's our buffer from Libya madness Too early to say, though to me, it looks like the rest of the army is 'quiet' for now. |
Re: Niger: US Condemns Coup, 'Detention' Of President Bazoum by Minsk24: 7:59am On Jul 27, 2023 |
nairalanda1:Bro u made sense with your first point, but your second point is not true .. Russia is more involved in the Sudan war than America, apart from private interest, i dont see any involvement from the American government to stoke the conflict... No foreign power directly caused the war in Sudan, but u have countries picking sides for their own interests... For example, Wagner group has been closely linked with the RSF and their gold operations in darfur ..hemedti is very close to Haftar... The UAE is also strong backer of RSF Egypt has close ties with the Sudanese army... What is American and Israeli interest to stoke the war..? But it is obvious they may have chosen sides now that the war is ongoing... |
