Biden has instructed his administration officials to begin handing over to the International Criminal Court (ICC) Washington's data on Russia's crimes in Ukraine. This was reported by Reuters with reference to a US official .

At the same time, the United States does not recognize the jurisdiction of the ICC. And, according to another American edition of the New York Times (NYT), the Pentagon has long believed that interaction with the ICC could open the way for the court to prosecute the US military .

According to NYT sources, US intelligence agencies allegedly gathered evidence that Russian officials made decisions to strike at Ukraine's civilian infrastructure and remove thousands of children from territories occupied by Russian troops. Some of this data has already been transferred to the Ukrainian prosecutor's office, but the US has not yet provided it to the ICC.

Same ICC, the USA said they will bomb with missiles if they dare to arrest any USA military officer.

Make absolutely no mistake about this. The United States of America is the most powerful country in the entire world in any single metric of evaluation, be it military, financial, political or otherwise.

No nation would dare go toe to toe with the US and survive.

And it's said that the US has "run low" on a weapon. It doesn't literally mean that the weapon is indeed low, it means that "disposal amount" in stock of that weapon is now low. America has bases all over the world and with that comes a quota of arms which must be present on all that bases.

If this was a war that America took extremely seriously. By now that country will be conquered. But this war just like many, is basically a proxy war. One where another country is used to fight the enemies, not Americans themselves devoting everything it has to it.

For instance, America has given about 50 billion to Ukraine. That's basically chicken change to it. Less than 0.1 percent of its economy. This is because they are still trying to use economic warfare and sanctions to cripple Russia.
If America committed as much as 5% to the war, this would be a foregone conclusion.
