The bank created by the BRICS countries refused to invest in Russia because of sanctions

The New Development Bank (NDB), created by the BRICS countries to finance investment projects and issued $30 billion in loans over 7 years, will not invest in Russia. This was announced on Wednesday by the head of the bank, Dilma Rousseff, who served as president of Brazil in 2011-2016.

According to Rousseff, the bank, which was created also with Russian funds, fully complies with international sanctions and therefore does not consider new projects in Russia. Rousseff also called "groundless" speculations that the bank may continue to work with Moscow.

Make absolutely no mistake about this. The United States of America is the most powerful country in the entire world in any single metric of evaluation, be it military, financial, political or otherwise.

No nation would dare go toe to toe with the US and survive.

And it's said that the US has "run low" on a weapon. It doesn't literally mean that the weapon is indeed low, it means that "disposal amount" in stock of that weapon is now low. America has bases all over the world and with that comes a quota of arms which must be present on all that bases.

For instance, America has given about 50 billion to Ukraine. That's basically chicken change to it. Less than 0.1 percent of its economy. This is because they are still trying to use economic warfare and sanctions to cripple Russia.
If America committed as much as 5% to the war, this would be a foregone conclusion.

We already have an example in the Biafran civil war where France (as in the case of USA) only armed Biafra not because they cared for their welfare but because they wanted to weaken US and British (Russia) influence in Africa.

Weapons were smuggled in, even passing through airspaces of multiple countries. Right-wing mercenaries (like in Ukraine) were flown in from the then Nazi-equivalent countries of Rhodesia and South-Africa to drag the war on for 3 years.

Now when the Biafrans were suffering from starvation, France and its allies didn't bother sending or smuggling food, they only still kept sending weapons. The war for them was to the last Biafran, just like it is now to the last Ukrainian. It took over 3 years and more than 2 million wasted lives before we knew we have been played. My fear is just like in Biafra, it will take a lot of wasted lives before the Ukrainians come to realize they have been played.

Hostilities should always be settled first by negotiations. Nigeria had the opportunity of avoiding the Biafran war through the Aburi Accord just like the war in Ukraine has had multiple chances of negotiations. But chances of negotiations succeeding are always destroyed by warmongers, in this case, Washington, who see it as a valuable opportunity to weaken a potential rival and are ready to sacrifice to the last Ukrainian.
