If the seller declares the price as $196 then it's highly likely, but a lot of AliExpress sellers are smarter than that.
But you might still get unlucky.

2) choose "Incorrect payment value"
3) choose "extra money was asked by seller"
4) click "YES" on cancel order. If Yes doesn't work, start all over and select NO.
5) click "chat with an agent now"

you did not claim it on time? if yes, you can open a dispute with a screenshot of the tracking info to claim your money back.

Relax! Your item is still in China! The word "inbounded" here basically means the item just got to Speedaf depot in China and has been scanned for delivery. By the time it's sent out of depot for delivery, you'd see "order has been outbounded". Then, it'd go through some process before it begins its final journey to destination country .

Yes they are, from observation! The reason being that Choice items have taken over completely. Therefore, Unless it's items grouped under Choice deal, one might find it difficult locating any with free delivery.

Very simple!
Just write them a message, from the gotok app, and they'll get you the refund.
So as you receive and withdraw your money the card will be automatically terminated.

It has its advantages & disadvantages, these Chinese are really smart, choice items are mostly smaller items, cheaper & mostly shipped via SpeedAF so they make more gain faster by selling bigger quantities of smaller items within short period of time than selling larger goods, now its becoming more difficult seeing larger goods with free shipping & logistics on larger goods ain't funny either or the other alternative on some larger items that have free shipping is through Singapore post, PostNl....which gets missing at times & delivered via NIPOST, you & i know the rest, well, i no blame them, it's business anyways
