I don’t think you need any POF for visa extension inside Canada? I think you will only pay for visa extension fees Army2022: |

VO noted that you explained the lump sum you proceeds from gratuitity payment from your employer, crypto ,assets sales, investment and land sales but lack of proof to back it up with documents. I will suggest you pay part of your tuition fees out of these funds because VO mentioned that the significant change in your bank balance from 2 months was inflated for visa application purpose, so to proof that the money is available for you to spend I will suggest you pay part of your tuition fees and explaining more better the source of these funds and back it with documents. You can ask your employer to write a letter to back it up that the money given to you is to support your academy pursuit Ikpumbe1: 2 Likes |

If my guess is right, you landed couple of days ago. If it was before the rain then for the weather aspect, wait for winter lol. If about 18°c cause blocked nose then i cannot imagine what -35°c and -40°c will do. Congratulations on your arrival Army2022: 1 Like 1 Share |

Ikpumbe1: Another issue of volatile balance and low opening balance. Best bet is to leave the money there for another 2 to 3 months so the opening balance will be significantly higher then explain in next application the same explanation for the lump sums. The high opening balance in next application will demonstrate that the funds there are not for demonstrative purposes 2 Likes |

SayNo2SmallPrik:They were explained with documents attached. The VO did not believe. If I am to reapply and explain those funds, its still with the documents I attached earlier. |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by Ikpumbe1: 2:52pm On Jul 28, 2023 |
Gentlesoul3268:Thank you. I explained all those with documents. The funds from my employer was a one time bonus with narration and company name and I included an email notification to all staff about the payment. Other funds from my company were my monthly salary and I added payslips and all employment documents. The VO didnt believe. I also paid 6K CAD tuition deposit enough for one semester already and he didnt mention that. I am thinking whether to pay more fees or do GIC? |

Good evening, please someone that is going with Mpower funding, is the person required to mention the mpower funding in SOP? Again, if Mpower funding was mentioned in the SOP for study permit, will it jeopardize the person's chances of getting PPR? What about repayment plan for the mpower loan? Will it be stated in the SOP and detailing how it will be repaid from Nigeria or Canada? Does Mpower funding in any way pose problem in visa approval? If I'm earning like 150k in Nigeria, will they consider my salary here in Nigeria, if the mpower loan I got can repay it before approving my visa? Again, does mpower funding cover living expenses and tuition or just tuition? Lastly, if I'm travelling with mpower funding, is it wise to travel with a family of four? Or I should just travel alone and bring them later. I will appreciate inputs and suggestions as regards to this. It will really help my decision. Thanks and God bless you. |

Ikpumbe1: That will be enough. In your reapplication, explain also the sources of the money and add all supporting documents and assure the VO that's its not for donstrative purpose as your CBSA stated and the money has been available. Hope you have been using that account for daily transactions since then and also showing inflows of your salaries. Use the next one month to ensure inflow and outflow. Finally, if it's possible to pay part of your tuition, that will also demonstrate that indeed the money is available for your study. |

TOSM: Hello, You won't be able to get one. Are you registered Microbiologist? When it comes to health field, canada requires a lot of certification. I am a medical lab personnel as well and I live in Alberta, it will be extremely difficult for you to get a job as a microbiologist, I would even say it is impossible. For any lab related jobs in canada, you need a Canadian experience either by studying here, doing a practicum or internships. Your best bet is to probably head to UK if you're HCPC certified. 2 Likes |
