On the refinery reducing the cost of PMS, that’s negligible, it’ll probably only shave off like 30 Naira from imported PMS.

We legit bled that period because of this baga due to massive fx restrictions while he got that same fx at a discounted rate while also enjoying alot of tax cut for importation.
