Chaka is down again today. I wonder what I would have done if not for my alternative trading platform. This matter is becoming a big concern?

Let us see if Trove can come with a more attractive commission rate at least make it flat. Looking at turnover on my account, Chaka makes some money from me every month. While Trove gets zero income from me.

For now SPROUTFI is among those that have less downtime!!! I will still emphasis that paying commission of 1% flat is totally okay.

If you want to know how important this rule is. Watch, if you have a stock that haclve lost 50 to 70% in your portfolio. It is as good as saying bye bye to your money.

I talk from experience, it was painful seeing one of the stocks in my portfolio gain, 30%, however my big loss made the 30% gain to look like an ordinary gain. So, byy any means possible the maximum loss we should tolerate should not be more than 20 to 25% no matter how much you love that stock!!!

Thanks again bro for this I got mad wt a stock I was holding when I lost about 20% and I sold it though my capital intact I used the money to buy more of FIXX and FIXX is doing 26% it did 29% premarket. I used market tanking to rebalance my portfolio. Have done away with some.

Na veerry small unit I get for TILray but more in CGC. I did rebalancing of my portfolio yesterday I did away with some even with little loss of my Capital and thank God I did . the land is Green. TILray released their learning few days ago. CGC is 14 of August. OK I will share here on penny stocks with closer earnings. I think FIXX will go along way hoping to see the stock at 8-15$ FDA approved one of their drug, any health stock that gets this will surely move.

I discovered RBT late so painful, it perfectly fit in for me I would have gained 150% by now but still thank God.

If insiders are selling that means they don't really believe in the prosperity of that company not that insiders won't sell but the volume should not be much. If an insiders is selling 1m and another 30k u can see that the difference is clear. So how will I buy a stock where the runners don't believe in the company? I usually look for one that the volume on daily basis is not more than 300k though it can take time to rise but when it does na 2 steps up one step backwards unless if there is general market tanking

Their own is different from ours, they always factor in the future of the company not necessarily their present situation. Any positive news can send a stock to +150% and negative news too send it down to -150%. I watch a stock went down to 75% In a trade and next day went down again by 36% again

Pls. If one wants to benefit on the upward movement of a stock's price due to an upcoming impressive quarterly earnings report, When is the suitable time to take advantage ? Is it before the report date or after the report date ?

I'd like to know if it's possible to make about 50k in a week in local stocks.
Let's say I buy 5,000 units of a stock at #30 (150,000) this week.

A week after the stock rises to #40 per unit. Is it a good idea to sell all the 5,000 units at #40 (200,000) to rake in the profits?

It depends on your investment objective and risk appetite. If your reason for buying the stock is for quick short term gains then you can sell. If not, you can leave it and let it run.
