Nigeria leaders don't care about the masses. Until the masses ( majority ) rise against the leaders ( minority) with the real mindset of enough is enough Nigeria will remain the same. Wakeup people take back your dear country from all these few looters parading themselves as leaders. Till when Nigerians are feedup and really desire to fight for change the country will remain padi padi. Just imagine a whole Senate mocking the masses that are feeding them in these hard economy undecided

Blessed are the masses that suffer in silence for they shall continue to suffer untill they do the needful.

These are unprivileged, inconsequential, uncommissioned and unrecognised profit-less self oppointed nairaland town criers and defenders of the Elites, that barely care about their clear and present welfare.....quite unfortunate and ridiculous.

I was at a government meeting/function last week & the head of the organisation was speaking to staff about making sacrifices during this period.

The Organisation head spoke about staff working overtime without commensurate pay & insisting they come to work daily.

Now, based on investigations (with documented proof), this head of organisation had already increased the fuel & diesel allowance to his office & those of the most senior officers.

These are people with official cars & drivers. People who don't spend one kobo of their personal salary on fuel.

But they tell others to make sacrifices.

That is what Nigeria has become today. Those with access to government funds keep telling the have-nots to endure & make sacrifices while the top officials take good care of themselves...

Not surprised- I understand the psychology of every single public service leader in this country.
