I Feel Like Ranting:

No one, not even the Federal Government, is ready to order the release of Nnamdi Kanu. He is on trial for a felony, among other criminal offenses. The court that discharged and acquitted him is totally different from the case brought before the court by the Federal government, which is currently being appealed at the Supreme Court.

Before you cry that Kanu is innocent, take into account that there won't be any Simon Ekpa, UGM or ụmụ-ọma, if there is no Kanu in the first instance. The many human lives that are equal to those of Kanu have been killed unjustly by actions and inactions connected to the many incitements and provocations by Nnamdi Kanu through his Radio Biafra. These people are humans and citizens, and there must be justice for them.

If you like, continue sitting at home, thinking it will trigger the Federal government to drop their charges against Nnamdi Kanu. They won't. There are many willing to take the FG to court regarding the innocent lives lost to issues of secession in the Southeast by non-state actors, and the FG cannot let go of their only suspect.

Regardless of your claims and excuses that another court already granted him bail or acquitted him, it's still the prerogative of the government whose responsibility it is to protect the lives and properties of citizens to consider the safety or threats of releasing someone with both terrorism and felony charges given the state of the Nation.

If we like let's continue to sit-at-home while abusing everyone willing to tell us the hard truth. Na you go tire no be them.

Make excuses for Kanu and Ekpa; insist that Biafra is your last resort away from the contraption called Nigeria as instilled on you by your so called Supreme Leader and his other disciples; it won't still set him free. You can only destroy the Southeast and not Nigeria. Southeast is a dot in the circle and cannot cause Nigeria any significant damage no matter how long you chose to stay at home.

Southeast is just 5%.

What effect would 5 have on 95?

Thank you for this post,
MNK has clearly broken Nigeria's laws, it is shameful seeing igbo elites calling for his release and giving this man unnecessary publicity....
The problem in the South East today is self inflicted, it is clear simon ekpa wants to take control of ipob...it is just so shameful...

You should go and read the court judgment on Nnamdi Kanu. Not only did the courts discharge Kanu, they also decreed that no court in Nigeria has the jurisdiction to try Kanu

In effect, any case in any court in Nigeria against Kanu is dead.

What the federal government is appealing at the Supreme court is if the appeal court is right to to bar all courts from trying Kanu. But if you read the reason the appeal court judges gave for discharging Kanu, you know the case at the Supreme court is a total waste of time

Only the law courts decide who has broken the law, and their position today is that Kanu has no case to answer

No court in Nigeria has the jurisdiction to try Kanu because he is next to the creator?

The case is still before the Apex Court, until the rule, Kanu is still standing trial.

Be concerned about the hardship and killings going on in the NorthWest and NorthEast. SouthEast will be fine.
