Even France dey denied transit visa most time, well if you have a good record with USA i.e having multiple visas without abused immigration records but I doubt USA will issue that kind of visa. Instead of that if you have a valid USA visa you can board a flight transit in USA. My little advise bro better enter flight that won't give you stress leave USA transit alone if you don't have valid USA visa. dafuturis: |

Hello Guys, Please my sister applied for school in Canada. I'm waiting for her admission for January. She is a mom of 2. She want her 2 kids to accompany her under her student visa. Is there any implications for this. Does she need to show anything or prove anything. The 2nd option is to apply alone and do visit visa for them when she gets her visa and is in school already. What do you advise. . |

Hello everyone. Please what advice would you give to someone that wants to study in Canada and at the same time apply for PR before he leaves Nigeria? Secondly, if my brother in law in Canada provides the POF my study will it be accepted and will they still grant me the visa to study? Thank you. |

ChikaIJ55:You can apply for the PR intl express entry and also apply for study visa..they are independent of each other. Yes the pof can be accepted. Onus lies on you to convince them why your inlaw should be sponsoring you. |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by kc6964(m): 7:40pm On Jul 30, 2023 |
sunkanmi2211: As long the school didn't require any compulsory deposit from you , or the school didn't ask you to pay any part payment of your tuition fees, then you can travel freely but have your bank statements to show that you have the tuition fees to pay when you get there . My friend got visa and she has travelled but she didn't pay any tuition for school though we all base in Europe so she travelled from Europe. 1 Like |

If you can pay your tuition fee just pay Many people don’t pay and go through but there has been stories of people sent back for not paying any tuition fee. Whats the point of not paying though since you still have to do so. sunkanmi2211: |
