This strike is long over due and I think the only language this insincere government understands is a strike action. No one says removing of subsidy is not good. But why didn't the federal government put in place measures to curb the effect this will have on citizens. They didn't do anything. They went on with the removal, when they knew that this would cause untold hardship to Nigerians. I don't understand why we are like this in Nigeria. No one is honest. Everyone is just doing anyhow. Nigerians are the problem of this country, I'll keep saying it.

You have a point too, strike will definitely affect the common people whether we like it or not. The problem is that it seems as if that's the only bargaining chips that organised labour have right now to force the hands of the government looking at the accusations of procrastination and nonchalance towards finding a fulfilling resolution/compromise they've levelled against the government.
