BlueRayDick:It's wild actually, the work involved in choosing those businesses, if they were to do it via merit isn't something I think that ministry will be interested in taking on, so most likely go be man-know-man paroles....unless they'd be throwing it open to the public like they should. 1 Like |

I am most humbled and honoured by H.E. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's recognition of the need for more hard work ahead as I have been appointed as his Official Spokesperson & Special Adviser to the President on Media & Publicity. I will give 🇳🇬 my best as always. I love you all. - Ajuri Obari Ngelale 1 Like |

BlueRayDick: I was expecting some masterclass moves from PBAT. At least, learn from the past. Instead of sharing 50k or whatever k, use that money to create an attractive business atmosphere or start a reform in the SME sector. That way, those who are hardworking would benefit it. Provide seedlings for free at the 774 LGs and let people interested in farming go and pick up free seedlings to plant. Let the government provide subsidised transport from major markets to LGs, so petty traders get to use them, and drive down the cost of food a little, while they profit more. They can think of other ideas to spend that money than sharing money wey no go ever come back. 4 Likes |

izzou: lol. U are expecting subsidy after subsidy removal. See ehn, irrespective of whatever name we choose to call it, Nigerians can't actually do without some form of subsidy in one way or the other. The truth is by our peculiar nature of trying to game the system, some selected few will always try to enrich themselves through whatever means is available. Even the sedlings being shared in 774 LGA's by the FG, people will still find a way to make money at the expense of others. Some people can get seedlings in LGA's like Agege, Ikorodu and Alimosho only to go sell it to farmers in obafemi Owode in Ogun State. They still gamed the system. My position has always been let FG go after oil subsidy thieves, clamp down on them and put in measures to frustrate them. Have the theft reduced drastically and let the people enjoy the subsidy like we have always done. The government just throwing the baby and the bathe away has not done anybody good thus far. Anybody doing normal work in naija and has since seen significant increase in his disposable income in the last 2 months should come out and lay mantle on me o. 2 Likes |

I was thinking we should be very wary of dragging ourselves into the black book of Russia Burkina Faso go issue communique and Nigeria suppose fear? Both countries joined together cannot even stand our struggling military. |

The most reasonable solution is diplomatic. Military invasion will only serve to destabilise the sub-region further, no matter who ends up winning. Meanwhile, Russia and the U.S will carry their load and move on to their next theatre of rivalry, leaving the locals to sort themselves out. 5 Likes |

kad199: That one is their business. I am not even interested in measuring dickks sef. My own is that that Agbero should constitutionally follow laws. Relinquish power back to the president. Wait till 2025 and win with a landslide. Very simple. And when he becomes president legitimately, he should ensure his first plan is to leave ECOWAS. Until then, ECOWAS is within its right to protect it's member countries from issues like this. 1 Like |
