On the CEAC website it show ready but they said I need to wait for a confirmation letter from the embassy it 3months and nothing has come up
My fiancé over is almost giving up
Cause she’s been waiting for me for a year plus

It like I’m been frustrated to be here
I beg is there anything I can do who I call or email to know what the situation is or fast track the whole process and get done with my interview

This whole process is taken too long

I’ll be grateful if I get an answer cause this whole process is becoming frustrating

If them no want make person go make them talk so person go focus on other things

Cause I’ve spent so much resource just to get this whole thing to this stage

Please I need a quick response, I and my fiance have been waiting for my k1 visa for 3months plus now after my interview on May 10th, I was told by my CO that my interview was successful but I needed to get my original birth certificate, and then return it to the address circled on a white paper that was given to me, which wrote (221g) I returned my passport and requested document two days later, then my case updated to “your document is with the embassy after about two weeks of waiting, then 4 weeks later it updated to “Document delivery information) The next update after 7 weeks was” Refused” which got me and my spouse really tensed, After 9 weeks it changed to “Approved “ which was on the 7th of July.

So my question is, how much longer do I have to wait for it to update to issued or ready for pick up?? I and my fiance are already getting frustrated, this is the 4th month now since my interview. Please I need an urgent response and is anyone here having the same experience as me?? Please help!!

Yes when i received my packet 4 it was contain on the instruction the list of hospitals to visit for the medicals and IOM was close to where I stay I sent a mail to the Dr . and got a response immediately with the available dates for medicals , picked one made payments and took the deposit slip there and the rest is history . I will be picking up my medical result on Monday from 2-4 pm.. exactly as they stated 3-5days .

Hello everyone, Its my first time here. My case is a bit complicated and I will appreciate your suggestions.
I had a child out of wed luck in 2016.
In 2019 I applied for a students visa. Scared that I will be denied for being single, I chose "Common Law Marriage" and added my boyfriend's name as a spouse (I know, Big Mistake). The visa got denied, we broke up, I forgot all about it. The child was not added on this application.

Fast forward 2020, I got married to an American Citizen here in Nigeria and he filed an I-130 for me. We went through the NVC process for myself as the wife of a USC and my child as the stepchild of a USC. Everything was approved and we were scheduled for an interview this month. When we got there, the officer was nice and friendly and I gave all my documents. She looked at it and then all of a sudden, sent me to another officer.

The new person I was sent to started asking me questions about my former spouse and that was when I remembered. (I know, so stupid) I said we were engaged to be married but it didn't work out. So he went inside and came out with the white paper stating that my application has been refused under 221g. The agent then told me to tell my husband to call Immigration in the US to get this resolved. My husband has called immigration but they said they haven't received any communication from Lagos regarding our case.

My question now is.

Is it possible to get this resolved?
How long is this process of resolving this going to take?
Should I just forget about this and relocate to another country and try to get to the US from there?

I'm just so confused, sad and depressed.

1. U have to divorce that person so u can have a proof u both r not together…
2.. i will say u get married and file for CR1 visa…
Any visa u want to apply to US and to any other foreign like uk , Canada ur information will be shared … you will be on the watch nw
