UNICAL, Uniuyo and any other school admitting candidates with less than 200 in JAMB is a mediocre school in the business of spending tax payers money to subsidize education for mediocre students.

It's a shame and failure of NUC I blame. I can not get more than 200 in JAMB and end up in those kind of schools.

Where is your proof that the man is not well educated. There are professors and other captains of industry in Nigeria who have had the reason to reseat their O'Levels because they didn't pass it at first attempt and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that
