Nemesis0147: beautyhd: beautyhd: Lol. What you don't realise is that if this kind of development is not met with strong resistance, before you know it, the whole West African countries will be back under military rules. Are military better as rulers? I'm not surprised, the countries coming out to support Niger are themselves coupists. What do you expect? |

phoneport:Nothing is motivating them except the fact they are all coup plotters. It's about survival. If they allow one to go down, then it's a matter of time before others follow. Besides, politicians like Tinubu are hypocrites to think only them can decide what's best for everyone. They trample on democratic tenets through corrupt and self-serving means only to tell the military to stay out of the same political arena they polluted. The military guys see through all the hypocrisy which is why they are speaking up for themselves. It's an indictment on the political class that coup still looks favorable to a critical section of the West African populace sixty years after colonialism ended 3 Likes |

I see the hand of Russia in this. Russia, China and the West is not our friends. Why is every continent interested in Africa? ECOWAS should leave Niger alone. Niger is a sovereign nation. Let them sort themselves out. Niger has banned exportation of uranium and macron is crying. They steal resources from Africa to build infrastructures and still treat Africans like dirt. If Tinubu go to fight in Niger, he's on his own. Leave Niger alone. 1 Like |

Salowise:Do you know some citizens are also in support of Simon Ekpa, Sunday Igboho, Shekarau, etc. Should we then let them be? Military coup irrespective of the primary motive is never okay in this age and time. They start out well but turn into a bigger problem thereafter. |

sleek214: Governments in Africa think its about ruling people or exercising powers and not about the people and Tinubu's thoughts are not different. When a coup happens and you see the citizens rejoicing and damning the consequences should tell you civilian government there has failed woefully. For a man who is still struggling with his own legitimacy, you too wan show power cos you think say you can command everybody rather than gather intelligence and address issues diplomatically. He just dey roll out sanctions like say his middle name na Hitler... Americans with military base (2 sef) couldn't stop the coup with their French counterparts who also has bases there. Na you them wan use as instrument of war and they said the man is smart. How about speaking nd guiding them to transit back to civilian even if it means letting the old government go and usher in a new crop of democratic dispensation. The one there has had his fare share and he can go and chill if he doesn't want to get killed. 2 Likes 1 Share |

FreeStuffsNG: You keep tallking off point. Bro Nigerian Army during Abacha and Babangida's era was strong and they resisted any form of interference from outsiders. But you see Nigerian army of now they are nothing at the moment. If they make that mistake of military intervention in Niger that is heavily backed by wagner troops along with the support of Mali, Burkina Faso. if you must know Benin republic shares boundary with Mali and Burkina Faso and our North West border is so porous. To move Militia across the River Niger from Benin republic into Kebbi State and we would have tripple fronts to fight a war. If you are really smart, you will see that other anglophone countries are quiet on this issue, because of the implications on their countries. Ghana will not dare use military because they share common boundary with Burkina Faso. |

Nemesis0147: They should advice them to conduct new elections. Nigeria should not send millitary, Tinubu should settle Nigerians first before intervening in Niger, period. We can't afford to share our president with Niger Republic, they should conduct elections and select their president and leave our own to solve Nigeria problems. Nigeria is on fire since February, we are trying to quench, Niger want to kindle more fire, it will not work. |

What if the French are the ones sponsoring this coup up and down to ally with Russia systematically? Don't forget the French President told SouthAfrica president he would like to Join the BRICS. The USA is losing it and countries are pulling out behind them secretly because at the end of the day, Russia and Germany are paddies, and Germany and France are paddies too. What if the French are handing over their asset to Russia since they trust them more we all know the USA protect even the United Kingdom and some part of Europe and the French need someone who will counter that but in a diplomatic way. .... It's like pulling back if your friend is losing a fight. This coup is deeper than that. Why will they even give Tinubu that mandate to chair Ecowas the new kid in Block just think .. They want to break Africa period because that is where their strength lies if she breaks down. Pray for Africa. |

I want to say something Niger and other African countries will collaborate and invade northern, and Western Nigeria š³š¬.. They will kill so many people in the North and west. This is what I have seen.. Many African countries are angry of Nigerian leadership.. They mock us,. They call us many names,. They said we are giant of ant š,. Not giant of Africa.. They said is only South African is the giant of Africa.. They are planing š evil against Nigeria as you people can see.. Writeāļø it down so many Africa countries will join Niger š³šŖ.. And they will threaten Nigeria and ECOWAS... Even CameroonianšØš² and Benin š§šÆ will join them soon.. Mark it don't delete. |
