Dear All, Above subject matter refers. A friend has his TB test rejected by the school claiming it was fake. He got the hospital here in Nigeria to write to them validating the result yet they insisted and refused him CAS. Does he have a case? Kindly contribute Thank you all |

What damages did your friend suffer? It depends on the language in their admission policy but does your friend have the money to hire a lawyer and continue to pay for representation for the duration? A suit against a Uni can be tied up in the system for years. 1 Like |

As Nigeria big reach, you decided not to school here because to you it is "Not a good school".. Okay, go and school in UK, you carried fake or unrecognised medical test results to present... Now e no work, you wan to sue a UK school from Nigeria... The money you will spend to Sue and follow up the case till when judgement comes will be enough to finish, not only Bsc here in Nigeria, but also Masters.... Oversabi ... 1 Like |

Ajakaiye83: Well u can sue them alright....however ....its one thing to sue..its another ball game to prove how ukvi's action caused u damages worth compensation... If u are a celeb...its easy to prove a dent on ur image ..... but if you are just you....i mean if u are technically a nobdy....it will take a good lawyer to drag the school to cough out some compensation..make u no go waste legal fees |
