talented321: No,it's thumb- up for NLC by not Striking 👍. No,it's not true because you have not been following the issues and stop behaving like kids! Strike should be the last Option in all Union- Management Negotiation! If Ajaero and NLC shed this Strike they are Heroes because at least the govt cannot say that Labour Leaders have not been compassionate enough! 1.The NLC should go further to ensure good Minimum Wages ( not Slave Wages) to all Workers because some of these Politicians do steal so much irrespective of their Offices. We won't know when they will award themselves the big Contracts! 2.NLC must keep the Federal and State Govt in checks, especially on the Implementation of the New Agreement because the States government especially are used to give excuses for treating Workers Poorly,as many don't even have Pension Scheme for Workers, with terrific excuses! 3.NLC should have details of ALL Agreement with this New govt and get the date of Implementations- on Wages, Refineries, Sector by Sector - Achievements of the Economy! 4.The Private Organised Sector should also be carried along because majority of the don't even remitt their Workers Monthly Pensions to PENCOM IN Abuja! This is criminality on many Companies,as they kept Workers deduction in their bossom! 5.NLC should see that Pensioners Monthly Payments double/ Increased,as Inflation has eroded most of the slack -Monthly remittances from PENCOM! 6.NLC should picket PENCOM,Abuja, for failure to obey Court on the 75% - Court Judgement that Workers Retiring should collect immediately but have been frustrating that judgement and meanwhile the PENCOM Woman- Head should declared herself,as the place is Stinking of Corruption but what Nigerians see is large Cars and Spend Free of PENCOM - Workers! Let the NLC, TUC set the Negotiations -Table rolling ,as NIGERIA cannot afford the damage Strike would cost as Our Economy must be Diversified from a Single Oil Product! NLC and Govt-must work hand in hand for the Prosperity of our Nation. Federal government should Co-operate with NLC because they ( Labour Leaders) are the •Representative of Nigerian Workers -the NLC and the Govt must not treat them anyhow- as if they are begging ! They are Labour Leaders ,for God sake and that is why is Called NEGOTIATION! As you resolved this amicably,Godbless you all! |

Dreamsong:Red flag. Disclaimer. Persona non grata. Faith is a serial criminal scammer and is here to promote his begging advert scam. Faith, go to your church or mosque to beg and stop using different monikers on NAIRALAND to swindle people. You have used over 50 monikers to beg. If you are genuine, you should have been known with one moniker. Using many is a clear indication you are a fraud. The way I see it, you'll soon get deliverance from the Devil. Keep thinking you are deceiving people. There is nothing hidden that will not be revealed; covered that will not be opened. The great day of your revelation is at hand. Be expectant, because surely it will come. |
