Looks like you don't even know what you applied for. Seems you got TRV, not PPR.

Hello everyone,
I’m asking for a friend that is relocating to Canada with her family this month.
They are moving to Alberta. Please is it compulsory to stop at Toronto first before continuing to Alberta ?

There is a reason why he was sent PFL, if you can't help him with suggestions or solutions, atleast don't throw your deep-rooted negativity at him. People have gotten PFL and gotten out of it thereafter, it all depends on what happened and the steps they take after.

it is not compulsory. You can get flights without a stop in Toronto.

Thank you so much.

We should be empathetic in our delivery. We should be more human. There are souls reading these messages. All they want is an answer. GOD Abeg.

Isnt that too heavy. Yes you can if you have space but carrying yam is a waste of luggage space unless you have surplus.

Hello Everyone,
I want to travel with yam. I don’t know if it is allowed.

People should be doing things according to what it is they have and embassy required. I have one case now where an applicant didn't acknowledge past visa denial of another country. Just say yes even if it is 20yrs ago or you don't have details and documents. These things make future applications difficult to be approved.

undergraduates can work 20 hours a week, most of the job available to students you will have to be in Canada first to apply.

Fully agree.

Nigerians are very funny creatures. The deep-rooted negativity is just remarkable. Are these the same people already in Canada or are planning to take that attitude to Canada?

If people cannot constructively help others, they should just ignore the post.

In as much as there are helpful people on here, it is hit and miss. For every one helpful reply, you get probably 2 low quality ones.

Hello house, pls I have many questions to ask about Canada but allow me to start with this:
In USA, loan is everything. Most of them carry school loan and pay till old age; some to buy car which can be paid for 5yrs; to buy house which can be paid more than 20yrs and even carry loan just to go for vacation. And these loans are transferred to their children to complete payment when they are dead.
And I read, that the average American can only safe $5k in a yr which will not be enough for anything. Pls, is Canada like that?
Thanks for your answers.
