ChiomaMC: As an International student, you can't just apply to any how Canadian school. The school has to be a DLI and offer PGWP. CANCOLLEGE is a DLI but does not offer PGWP, so your friend should abort mission with that school and focus on another college Read the contents in the link below https://www.nairaland.com/6719291/canadian-student-visa-thread-part/61#105433514 How to Check if a School is a DLI (Designated Learning Institute) & Offers PGWP (Post Graduate Work Permit) https://www.nairaland.com/6957495/canadian-student-visa-thread-part/702#114013525 2 Likes |

Its 2 years …the total cost for school fees alone is about $43464 CAD or so and he has paid $7900… one account alone with exchange rate now won’t cover it plus his living expenses justmoveglobal: |

AmajuA: Hi, You can apply but you still have to convince the VO that you have strong ties to your home country and that you will be returning home after your studies. In addition, you have to show adequate and available POF for the duration of the programme for you and your dependents. 1 Like |
