Unlimited22: The system at all levels needs massive upgrade and improvement. There are cases that shouldn't even get to the general hospital that health centers/clinics can take care but since theres no health centers around, all way leads to the general hospital. Ditto for teaching hospital. |

iamoyindamola: If those buildings are occupied as offices , then be rest assured their elevators are well serviced irrespective of any wiring u see in sight or how rough the building looks ( due to lack of painting overtime ) U see private companies take safety of their environment serious cos they know there’s occupiers liability suit that can have them pay millions for negligence if anything happens to u while in their premises legally . It’s government agencies and parastatals like the general hospital that will knowingly not maintain their facilities as at when due cos someone has diverted the funds . They also know in the event of a bodily or death of a third party within the premises , it’s the government that will bear the brunt ( that’s if they will even pay any compensation ) 1 Like |

larride:The reason for the existence of primary health centres is so that routine matters can be dealt with there. Lol The system is a shambles in every ramification you can think of. Work life balance, remuneration, training, doctor to patient ratio, availability and quality of materials, everything. Last month I had to steal gloves from the clinic store because I examined a patient who had severe bacterial conjunctivitis bare handed. There wasn't even soap to wash my hands. Leave ọ, this matter is too long. |

BlueRayDick:When this 5-year bond thing for doctors was debated here there was a reason I argued against it so vehemently. It will not be better for anybody who wants to keep anyone in this system against his will. Recently a junior colleague of mine who's quite popular on Twitter (if I mention her handle, some of us Twitterheads will know her) just went to George Mason Uni for her MSc. No internship, no NYSC, nothing. And I envy her, if I'm being honest. 1 Like |

larride: Before a knee go fully dislocate most of the wire wey dey support the knee like MCL and LCL (outer wires) and ACL and PCL (inner wires) go don tear yanmayanma. If the dislocation is quickly corrected the leg can be saved but all those wire don tear already. If for some reason the dislocation is not quickly corrected the leg might have to go. There is also the possibility of nerve damage. 1 Like |
