From what I’ve seen , the non-Yorubas abusing Yorubas for the hardship currently being experienced under Tinubu are doing so in retaliation of the injustice meted out to them by some political thugs during the election.

We saw videos of non Yorubas and even Yorubas being harassed and intimidated for not voting APC .

Ok bros let’s calm down .

I’ve lived all my life in Lagos and I’ve seen people of different tribes live together in peace and harmony over the years .

I’ve lived in different parts of the states particularly some parts of Lagos where u have Igbo , Yorubas from Ilu oke , Hausas and other minor tribes . I know there has been tribal crises in the past but the people still get along afterwards .

All these years I don’t see Igbos and Yorubas fighting in buses because of electoral choices under Obj , Yar Adua , Jonathan and even Buhari .

The build up to this past 2023 general elections and the events surrounding the election proper changed all of that .

I have people whom I relate with and discovered how they changed following their experience at the polling unit . The post I made is in relation to my experience and not making excuse for anybody . I have managers who were chased from their polling units and nearly got beaten up cos they weren’t Yoruba .

If such a person reacts negatively to a Yoruba person going forward , isn’t it obvious his experience changed him ?
