you have a man who stole 3 chickens from a man who had 9 and added it to his own 7.
It means that he has 10chickens while the man with 9 initially has 7 now.

If a man who has 8 didn't get any of his chickens stolen, then he will be second while the man who had 10 chicken is now 3rd. If you return 3 stolen chickens, the man with 7 chicken now will have 10.

So, the maths is simple. Tinubu stole votes, that distabilized everything
