That same night she admitted to kissing Laycon but said it was only once? So what exactly are you saying? Laycon didn't even reply her throughout while she was transfering her aggression to Laycon. Then she faced other housemates and transferred her aggression on them too. Because these housemates didn't even say anything to her to begin with. Even Kidd ran away because she was transfering aggression to everyone. After which she went to bang on Biggie door.

When Kidd returned to her, she started to blame Kidd but Kidd said she should leave him out of it. She always feared Kidd would leave her alone, so she didn't always attack him but attacked others whenever she was angry.

Even Dora affirmed that her aggression was because of man.

Na back of TV you dey watch Sha. The issue was that Laycon was telling the housemates that Erica tried to kiss him but he refused it and that was what Erica wanted Laycon to explain when and how that happened which was the core of everything. Now you're saying she admitted to Kissing Laycon which was not even in the mix.

Secondly, like I said when she confronted Laycon that night, she wanted her friends to sort of support her but they didn't see it as a big deal like she did. That's why she reacted to Dora and Prince and also blamed Kidd for not putting mouth in the issue. When Kidd had issues in the house she never left him to battle it alone eg with Lucy so she expected the same from Kidd too.
Dora did not watch Erica's diary sessions neither did she watch her complaints through out that week which was centered around what Laycon said so she is just insinuating rubbish. I watched all and I know that what Lay con said pained her badly because she was complaining about through out that week. And Laycon's silence that night was also why her anger got worse. She actually needed Laycon to talk so she could prove him a liar b4 the Housemates.

When Laycon won the show in 2020, LIRS talked about taxing his win. Yes, they are 100% right, since the show was organized in Lagos, where infrastructure like security, road that leads to Ilupeju, etc are under the jurisdiction of Lagos State.

Anyone that misbehaves on the show violently, either getting disqualified or pardoned, Attorney General of Lagos or any other person can cite the section you quoted earlier under the criminal laws of Lagos State and Prosecute the offender. (offender/violence)

If Kemen had harassed TBoss in Lagos (not South Africa as it was then) the Ministry of women affairs or that of Gender and domestic violence can still charge Kemen separately despite the punishment from MNET/DSTV
