FG did not make anything a priority, the focus was shifted on the FG by media because his Excellency is the Chairman of ECOWAS which all eyes are on him. That did not distract the FG from facing their primary duty which is Nigeria

There were coups in Burkina Faso and Mali but they were less talk and focus by the FG, it reflected on Nigerians.

Was Buhari the ECOWAS Chairman then?

What's the proximity of those listed countries to Nigeria!

The very porous 1,608 kilometres (999 miles) Niger–Nigeria border.

“Besides, about seven northern states who share border with Niger Republic namely Sokoto, Kebbi, Katsina, Zamfara, Jigawa, Yobe and Borno will be negatively affected.

If it's about the border, we can stop or restrict the in and out movement without any noise.

Nigeria can only join the fight in Niger as part of ECOWAS not direct Nigeria fight when no be say the 2 countries get personal issue before

Nigeria must not go and fight anyone in Niger, with that I agree.

You are unwise. Nigeria soldiers will be tempted to carry out military coup also in Nigeria if that of Niger goes successfully. Military in other Africa countries will be tempted also to carry out coup.its like a wild fire waiting to spread all over Africa
.it will even emboden IPOB and other succcessionist within Nigeria.

We share a border and Tinubu is the ECOWAS leader.

For me, securing our porous borders should be our number aim now.

Oga wake up the coup in Niger is already successful and here to stay...nobody can do anything about it as it stands now except they want the whole ECOWAS sub region to be in tomoil...!!!

Other nations who have been secretly nursing in mind to bring Nigeria to her heels would see this as a perfect opportunity to secretly throw their weight behind Niger Republic should Nigeria invade...!!
