One sad thing about the nature of Nigerians is the ingrained belief that they know everything! Nothing in this world is outside the knowledge of an average Nigerian! Even if he lived his entire life in the village, he would tell you what South Africans eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Their total disdain for research on a topic in order to speak facts is regrettable!

I believe it all starts from the nature of things in Nigeria where people ignorantly speak with audacity, and make false claims without being held accountable for the harm they caused. You hear native doctors become very rich out of the claim that they have the power to make people disappear and become immune to bullets. It is the same spirit of just opening one's mouth to thoughtlessly speak and make claims to the knowledge they do not possess that has driven this Pastor into making the types of claims about knowing what black americans need or do not need. I plied Asaba to Owerri today and it's surprising that more of the expressway are dilapidating.
Although these are federal roads but it's embarrassing to see that the face of ontisha which is head bridge to Upper iweka is decaying. And even Upper iweka to Obosi interchange is becoming a Mess.

Maybe I cannot judge from that but this group is not as active as when Obiano was the governor

Well I am not against Rural Roads… accessibility is key to all round development … in this 21st century is commendable he constructed a rural Road.
