Adam and Eve had many sons and daughters {Genesis 5:4} back then people used to live longer so before 200 years after Cain's birth the descendants of Adam could increased to thousands as his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren keep bearing children that's what Cain meant that if any of these ones could find him they may avenge the death of Abel.

1) Adam had other sons and daughters.

2) As his complaints and resistance shows, it stands to reason that Moses did not want to carry out God's command of going back to his wahala (Egypt)
