Read my post on this thread, a lot of refineries will be coming on stream soon but don't expect those refineries to sell at give away prices, those are private establishment and they'll be buying crude from the FG at the prevalent market rate, their operations will optimized for profit, the problem with a lot of Nigerians is lack of education.
