Ecowas parliamentarians are wandering how a man that rigged himself to office will be criticizing a military coup and want to drag them to war.

That's in the history of Biafra ingenuity. They manufactured thier weapons and fought Nigeria and Britain for 3 years with locals that had no military trainings.
Your people lost illorin to the fulani without a gun shot and later told you ilorin belongs to Usman Dan fodio. The whole of kwara has fallen without a gun shot. Your stupid Oba Akiolu claimed Nnamdi kanu ordered his boys to drive him out of his Palace during ENDSARS , what a stupid conquest claim in his Palace, cowards shocked

No igboland will ever be lost to any tribe. They no it.

What even led to this coup that led to the situation at hand in the first place? Was it not bad govenance? Are the Nigeriens complaining about the military taking over? If NO then what‘s this druggie business with what‘s happening in Niger when his legitimacy in the office here in Nigeria is still debatable in the Law court? Is Niger Nigeria? How stable is our economy that this froggie eye druggie want to go solve other country‘s Eco problem? Typical of a man chasing after a Rat when his own house is on fire. Rubbish!

The war is important to Nigeria because it will enable us to complete the mega gas pipe line project to Europe. This is a war that is shrouded in secretes. The more you look the less you understand. Russians supported the military junta in Niger in order to put a stop to gas pipe line to Europe. Russia is the major supplier of gas to Europe. But with the economic sanctions on it by many European countries due to ukranian war, gas supply will have to come through alternative source
which is from Nigeria. Niger is a major route through which gas pipe lines can go to Europe, without which the project will suffer.

The game plan is there , creat an avenue or wait for looting opportunity to present it self then loot that's the game plan, he(tinubu) is the direct benefactor to this war(1) he will use this war to divert the attention of millions of hungry Nigerians (2) this war is an opportunity for him to loot the fuel subsidy savings...well looting of fuel subsidy don start already as 500B can't be accounted for except for the 70B he used to bribe the national assembly to look the other way while he do his thing

Should any Soldier in his right senses think he knows better- let him join a political party, contest, win then bring about the change he thinks his society deserve..
Soldiers are to protect not to govern...
So whether u like it or not... Niger should be invaded and the Junta made to dance to the song they sing.
Peace be unto u
What's democracy for u?

Democracy and patriotism, which one should come first?

Democracy is a bunch of illegalities! People live recklessly to d detriment of others. Telling u to go to court at obvious absurdity...?

Also, d juntas in Niger appointment civilian administrators to man dia economic affairs, so, wots d fuss?

Dey can aswell get back power to d civilian government, but not to dis recently dethroned government of Bazoum. Dia could b a fresh election. Dats why dialogue is still d best approach to dis issue.

So, wot happens wen Nigeriens (civilians) come out in numbers to protest against d ECOWAS military? Let's say majority of Nigerien works against ECOWAS? cool.
That's gonna b d likely scenario if ECOWAS ever intervened militarily. Civilian masses are gonna come after dem. Oya massacre d civilian make d story change.

But if I may ask, why Niger?
Why not Burkina Faso? Or are they not also among d ECOWAS nations?

Everyone paid blind eyes wen Burkina Faso militarily took over power last year, only to rattle over Niger.
Oh, I know d reason... Looking at d Burkina Faso coupers u would know dey're vibrants, ain't smiling. Certainly not d kind of folks da kind take shits or b pushed around.
But Niger juntas look elderly and maybe weak. And maybe with less external support... Right?

Hypocrites!

I don't understand why Tinubu is carrying this Niger junta matter on his head like firewood.

Niger isn't the first west African country to experience a coup in the last 5 years and would certainly not be the last.

The reality here is that Nigeria doesn't have the resources to sustain a war.

War is expensive. Hitler lost WW2 cos he invaded the Solvet Union and as his war with the Solvet Union prolonged, he couldn't afford to feed and supply his over 3m German soldiers fighting on the Eastern from. Most German soldiers in starlingard starved to death. Many ran out of ammunition and surrendered cos they could not be supplied.

If Tinubu sends 10,000 soldiers to Niger. He shouldn know that feeding 10,000 soldiers for just 1 month, replenishing exhausted ammunition, artillery, tanks, fuel for the armoured divisions, magazines, and you'll still pay their salaries, medications...etc. You'll agree with me that the expenses would run into billions of naira.

If the war escalates to like 6-8 months, Nigeria wouldn't be able to sustain itself cos it would have exhausted all it's finances on the war.

And the west who are urging him to go on wouldn't support him with a penny. So we would finish our resources on a war that isn't our business, loose thousands of service men, become dead broke...and for what, to please the west?

Somebody should talk sense inside that man's head.

He is so troubled that this would happens in Nigeria. To be honest with you all the best thing that as happens in Nigeria was in the day of military

What has Democracy done for Africa. During the worst military head of state in the history of Nigeria, 1$ = 22Naira. What's the current exchange rate in the so called democracy regime?

We don't care about the regime or type of governance. We just want good leaders to move our country and continent forward. Is this too much to ask for?

You don't have point here , Tinubu on his own will not vote for war,but rather collective assertion from the member presidents ,Tinubu is only a chair head to ECOWAS .
