Monkey village is an island located around apapa but the thing is due to its location there is no electricity there. But it's very calm and cool with lots of beautiful girls and water fronts too.

250k per annum is even very cheap, my brother. Then the heartless agents will collect N100k as commission and another N100k as agreement, abi na agency fee den dey call am. The fees go higher if you're renting more than a room self-contain.

By the time you finish paying for just a room self-contain, it will be amounting to almost a million naira.

You are right, but this recent times cost of renting houses are on the high side, 250k will get a room & parlour self con in areas like alimosho ,u can only be lucky to find one of 150-200k this times.

odoguyan, odokekere is also good,calm and cool they have very accessible road with reason light.

ikorodu is better because you can easy navigate your way to island through land or ferry, value for money with good light and cheap food item's e.t.c

But Badagry is quite far from Lagos. Though it's a bit close to Ojo(Alaba Market, Iyano oba, volks etc.)
