just so you are aware.. There's backlog on the whole process. March or April I think. So if you don't use a plug, be ready to wait a very long time

Please I'm finding it difficult getting accomodation in Grand Prairie Alberta for my family and I from September.
2 or 3 bedroom flat. Please if you have or you know anyone please let me know.
Even if it's a single room I can stay in for a month while I intensify my search for accommodation for my family that will be arriving soon, I will be grateful.
Moving from Ontario.

I have an enquiry concerning income tax. Hope someone can shed some light .
For someone whose is the sole sponsor of his spouse and kids that are studying in Canada but working in his home country and visits occasionally. Is he meant to also pay income tax in Canada after paying income tax in his home country?

You only pay tax if you live and work in Canada.

Hard to tell for sure, what I know is for most folks that just arrive Canada and yet to file tax, they file a form that asks for their previous earnings.
That way they can qualify for government benefits and rebates(CCB,GST/HST etc)

My husband and I are expecting our baby soon and I want to have the baby in Canada, I recently got my Canadian PR visa and want to take advantage of that.
I currently live in Europe and I plan to come into Canada before mid November. My plan is to do a soft landing, have my baby and go back to take care of myself and child before permanently relocating as a PR to Canada.

I have no one in Canada and will be landing for this purpose during winter, I need an accommodation in Alberta for a period of two months. Anyone in Alberta with an extra room in their house available for short term rent will be an ideal plan for me.
I want to be around people as much as I can. I am also open to joining Alberta group for this purpose pls.
I want to settle the accommodation as soon as I can.
I am open to other provinces as well.

If you cannot help the pregnant lady, steer clear. I am repulsed to think that dark-hearted people like you are in Canada. You clearly do not have the Canadian spirit and are a toxic addition to Canada. People like you dilute the good spirit of Canada. Imagine Canada having someone like you as a New Citizen.
