God bless your family. However I must say I have never seen children as small as this in the United States. Children here are very fleshy from birth until adulthood. It’s particularly important for daughters, raise them to know they don’t have to open their legs to have fun outings and that it’s okay to spend your own money for treats. Setting that example is important.
