Moreover, in Aba, 4 families shares 3 bedroom flat and fetch water from down floor to 3rd or 4th floor. There is puberty there too. Stop lying to yourself. Those suffering most are teachers. forgiveness:Aba has higher GDP per capita than Lagos. (Aba City, not Abia state) Aba doesn't have slums like Lagos only bad roads which has been fixed. Housing in the East is the most advanced in the whole country
