They won't. EFCC is mandated to arrest and prosecute people who are involved in financial fraud.

In fact, they need to stiffen penalities for financial crimes. You cannot catch a yahoo boy, jail him for 6 months and not expect him to return to online fraud upon regaining his freedom. Nigerian laws encourage fraud, bribery and corruption.

The politicians employ SANS as their legal representatives.

They can frustrate and prolong the case.

These yahoo boys employ charge and bail lawyers.

All these charge and bail lawyers say in court is "...as my lord pleases..."

Crime is not good, no matter what.

But in Nigeria, hunger is real and at times sef you need to be strong to keep going.

Most of these guys are breadwinners in their families.

To efcc, pls give them job if you can't help them release them asap

Graduate finish school no job.

Shey na everybody go drive okada ni

How many politicians una don arrest

Crime pays in Nigeria ,look at our politicians, look at our presido

Oppression everywhere

Though things is tough but that is not an excuse, I will never support crime in any nature.
And for those of you saying they should leave them, you might not be affected today but in the future one of your close relative might be involved. They don't only scam the whites but also penetrate into people's account, meaning they cause more hardship in the country.

But since they don't want to work, govt should create one for them by getting a large farm of land where they can work with everything they need, that is food and hostel for them to live till they are 65.

Bottom line of it as a youth get a skill and take your work serious

Nice one. We should rid our communities of crime and corruption, not just yahoo boys but, armed robberies, thuggery, police crime, exploitative market conditions and political corruption.

You won't say this if you or your family members fall victim of these boys. All criminals big or small must be chased.

In the whole Africa and even in the world our youth are the most creative and innovative but no one supports them yet whenever you open the news all you will see is efcc and Nigerian youth...

Can't they catch them and prosecute them without coming online?.. You don't know this tarnishes out images out there?... Think before u talk
