Peter Obi never tell court that he won the election. He doesn't have any case in the court that can warrant him to be declared as president. Even if court disqualify Tinubu, Atiku is the next on line because Peter Obi never challenged votes accredited to Atiku.
He was smarter and you only need to think a little. He only asked the tribunal to redo the counting and calculations... That's him asking for justice, not technicalities... Let PEPT come out and tell us the numbers tally... It's before them...

Lol!!

You're following this ignorant path that agbados share online. Peter Obi mentioned the states he was rigged and presented the actual results. If this is rectified, he wins the election
Election Petition tribunal was done in open. Please let see breakdown state by state results that Peter Obi presented to tribunal.

Elected winner without winning any election?

Elected winner who could not secure 25% in 2/3 of Nigeria's 37 federation units?

Many of you need rehabilitation.

Peter Obi will be the first presidential candidate whose votes will be reverted to zero.

That will serve as a lesson to desperate ticket hunters who jump around political parties without any loyalty or integrity.

Results were presented to the court and not to the public.

Obi and his lawyers are wise. You cannot say the election is flawed and at the same time say you won. However, he knows if the 10,000 blurred results are accounted for which are mainly places he won, if the altered results are rectified, the court will on their own see who has the highest votes.

Wisdom is profitable to direct

At the bolder are results downloaded from IREV, The court won’t make decision based on result uploaded just for public view.
So far Obi didn’t argue against all the results sheets signed by all party agents at the polling units, it’s a dead case.

Peter Obi doesn't want the blurred results rectified, that's why he refused to pay INEC for the clear paper copies so he can bring them to court. He knew those copies will confirm he lost.

He also petitioned on the basis that some results on IREV are blurred and INEC chair said he will use IREV so cancel the elections.

He doesn't believe he won and has asked for President Tinubu to be disqualified and the elections rerun, yet you are here expecting him to be made President over non existent results that were presented to the court and not the public.

Go and Google the summary of his Petition to see what he asked for from the court you will not see anywhere in that petition that he asked to be declared the winner.

Law is very clear, you can't get what you didn't expressly request from court.

They is that possibility that APC, LP, PDP and other opposition party will accept the judgement from the PEPC. But then in case they want to take it to the supreme Court, don't be surprise if what play out in the governorship election case in IMO state also play out in the presidential election case, where the APC governorship candidate who was in 3rd position was moved up to 1st position, the judges in the supreme Court can decide to project Peter obi from 3rd position as the winner of the 2023 presidential election. The supreme Court may be compromise by APC, but that has not stopped APC FG from losing court case there. An example of this is the governorship election case in osun state that they lost, and the naira design policy that they also lost. It doesn't matter if USA or ECOWAS don't like the technicalities that the supreme Court use to position Peter obi as the winner of the presidential election, what matters is good governance that Nigerian want to see

No, it's you who didn't realize they requested that PEPT revisits results collation and factor who legitimately won. This is exactly why the case is tough to dismiss. He didn't make any claim, but requested a reevaluation of the process... That's a very clean way to demand justice.

Now, whomever truly won will be evident. Just present a flawless process and collation. Simple.

You don't understand how court operate. You can't ask court to review collation because you are suspecting foul play. It is your duty to review the process and come up with your findings as it affect the final results. Court can only agree with you or disagree.

This is not the responsibility of the court. The court is usually a passive organization that makes decision based on the evidences tendered before it. It's the responsibility of the people before the court to do the legwork of finding evidences.

Peter Obi abandoned that plead. He failed to tell court his new votes and that of Atiku and Tinubu after considering only valid votes.
